The Owned Digital Workforce Platform

Digital workers that don't improvise.

Nexgile builds your digital workforce on the Deterministic Cognitive Engine — routine decisions compiled into rules that return the same auditable answer every run, at zero AI cost. Predictable by construction, and delivered as code you own.

Same input.

Digital Workers Delivered

Generated, governed software workers — delivered as owned source code.

7

Industries

Specialist designs for finance, healthcare, legal, supply chain, HR, retail and manufacturing.

Portal and worker counts from our delivery records, verified June 2026. A digital worker is a generated, governed software worker delivered as owned source code — not a rebadged bot or script.

The industry's own forecast

Gartner predicts more than 40% of agentic-AI projects will be canceled by the end of 2027 — citing escalating costs, unclear business value, or inadequate risk controls.

(Gartner press release, June 2025.) We built for those three questions.

Escalating costs

Costs you can reason about before you deploy.

Unclear business value

Workers you watch doing real work before production.

Inadequate risk controls

Governance your auditors read — not a dashboard over a black box.

And when the evaluation ends, you own the source code.

No vendor runtime. No per-decision billing. No calls home.

Every export ships the Ownership Audit, so your engineers verify it themselves — on your hardware, without trusting us.

The Foundation

Why our digital workers are different.

The models are interchangeable. The Foundation is not — four named mechanisms that make every digital worker predictable, explainable, and provably yours.

The Simulated Enterprise

Rehearsed on a complete synthetic company.

Workers rehearse real work on a complete synthetic company — customers, tickets, email, chat — before they touch a live system.

Deterministic Cognitive Engine

Routine decisions never call the model.

Routine decisions are compiled into rules that return the same auditable answer every run — at zero AI cost, by construction.

Declarative Agent Blueprints

Your auditors read it before it runs.

Every worker is a readable, versioned blueprint — diff it, test it like code, and hand it to your auditors before deployment.

The fourth mechanism ships in every export: the Ownership Audit — verification tooling your engineers run against the delivered code, on your own hardware. And where live AI judgment is needed, it runs under confidence thresholds you set — below-threshold cases must route to a human; the worker cannot proceed alone.

The owned digital workforce platform

Rent an agent, or own a workforce.

The difference isn't a feature. It's who holds the code when the contract ends.

Rented
  • Their runtime.
  • A meter that punishes success.
  • A dashboard over someone else's black box.
  • Cancel, and the workforce vanishes.
Owned
  • Your infrastructure.
  • Routine decisions at zero AI cost, by construction.
  • Blueprints your auditors read before deployment.
  • Cancel, and nothing happens — it's your code.

We charge to design your workforce, not to run it. Our incentives point at your independence — ongoing help is optional, on your terms.

How our pricing works
Built for the enterprise

Trust is engineered in, not bolted on.

You own everything

Exports are complete source code on your infrastructure — no vendor runtime, no per-decision billing, no calls home. Nothing stops working if you stop paying us.

Rehearsal on synthetic data only

No production data in simulation, preview, or red-teaming. Design-time inputs you choose to share are used only to design your workers, with a data-processing agreement in place before anything moves.

People stay in control

Human approval is generated into the worker — reviewer flows across Slack, Teams, email and mobile. Confidence thresholds you set: below-threshold cases must route to a human — the worker cannot proceed alone.

Explainable and auditable

Decisions you can explain and defend, with every action on a tamper-evident audit trail with full decision lineage — built for regulated industries.

Industry Depth

Intelligence tailored to your sector's reality.

In regulated industries, an AI worker that can't explain itself can't be deployed — which is why our work concentrates where the bar is highest. Workers arrive as readable blueprints, rehearse on the Simulated Enterprise before they touch a real record, and run inside your compliance boundary — owned by you.

The questions buyers actually ask

Asked, answered, and verifiable.

What exactly do we own?

Everything the platform generates: source code, blueprints, the approval inbox, dashboards, tests, deployment artifacts — delivered to your infrastructure, in your choice of language and cloud, with no license keys and no runtime dependency on Nexgile.

What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?

Nothing stops working if you stop paying us. The workforce is standard source code running on your infrastructure; it doesn't call home, and there is no meter to cut off. Every export ships the Ownership Audit so your engineers can verify that themselves.

Who maintains the code we own?

Your call. Exports are standard, documented code your engineers can maintain like any internal system — runbooks, tests, and monitoring in the box. Many clients keep Nexgile on for upgrades through Managed Delivery, and regeneration-in-place updates the parts you choose while preserving every change your team made. Ownership means you choose who maintains it — including us, on your terms.

How is this priced without a meter?

You pay to design your workforce, not to run it. There's no per-decision fee and no runtime license: routine decisions are compiled into rules that never call a model, and the AI judgment that remains runs under hard budgets you set, with every call attributed and capped.

How our pricing works
Do you ever see our production data?

The platform never does. Simulation, preview, and red-teaming run entirely on the Simulated Enterprise — a complete synthetic company — so an evaluation that starts from a description needs no data-sharing agreement. If you choose to share design-time inputs (documents, RPA definitions, operational logs), you decide what to share, it's used only to design your workers, and a data-processing agreement is in place before anything moves. And if you engage us for hands-on delivery work, that access is governed by your contract — never by the platform.

You generate it. You preview it. You own it. You run it.
