An exported worker is a complete Python project on your own systems. It never connects back to us, we charge nothing per run, and it keeps working if you stop paying us.
Tested without your live data
Previews run on sample data made for each worker, so Studio never needs your production systems or data. Documents you choose to upload are used only to design your workers, with a data-processing agreement in place first.
People stay in control
Approval steps are built into the worker, assigned by role or team, and rehearsed in the preview. Send uncertain cases to an approval step, and they wait for a person instead of going ahead alone.
Easy to audit
Workflows your reviewers can read before go-live, a threat model and a signed bill of materials in every export, and an optional tamper-evident log of what the worker did.

It's a complete Python project that runs on your infrastructure or the cloud of your choice, with no licence keys and no dependency on Nexgile.
Do we need developers to use Nx·Studio?
Not to design and test a worker. The guided questions, visual canvas, swimlane view and plain-English rules are built for business teams. Your engineers come in at the end, to connect the worker to your systems and deploy it. The export is ordinary Python they can extend.
Is a generated worker ready to go live straight away?
Treat it as a strong first draft. Review the design and test it in the preview, then have your engineers finish the connections, credentials and deployment before go-live. The tests, threat model and readiness checks in every export are there to help.
What happens if we stop working with Nexgile?
Your workers keep running. An exported worker is a standard Python project on your own systems. It doesn't connect back to us, and there's no meter to switch off. Its signed AI bill of materials lets your engineers check exactly what's inside.
How is this priced without a meter?
You pay us to design your workforce, not to run it. There's no per-run fee and no runtime licence. Rule steps never call an AI model, and AI steps run on your own AI provider account at your rates. Every design shows an estimated cost per run before you export it.
How our pricing worksDo you ever see our production data?
Nx·Studio doesn't need it. Previews run on sample data made for each worker, and Studio holds no credentials for your live systems. If you choose to share documents, process notes or event logs, you decide what to share, it's used only to design your workers, and a data-processing agreement is in place first. Hands-on delivery work is governed by your contract, never by the platform.
